OVER STRIP FEST
WAAROM STRIP FEST
Al jarenlang is de Strip in Amsterdam-Noord een broedplaats voor culturele vrijheid en creativiteit. Met Strip Fest willen we de creatieve ontwikkeling van de buurt ondersteunen en de verbinding zoeken met de bewoners van het Hamerkwartier.
Dit eendaagse festival brengt kunst, muziek, eten en cultuur samen op meer dan twintig locaties — elk met een eigen uniek programma.
WHO IS STRIP FEST
Strip Fest wordt georganiseerd in samenwerking met lokale ondernemers in het Hamerkwartier. Het is een collectieve inspanning van alle deelnemende locaties — zonder subsidie, zonder grote organisatie, gewoon buren die samen een bijzondere dag willen neerzetten voor de mensen van Amsterdam.

PROGRAMMA
Strip Fest is een viering van de hele dag, met zowel dag- als avondprogramma.
Alle dagactiviteiten zijn gratis toegankelijk. ’s Avonds heb je een passe-partout polsband nodig om de deelnemende locaties te betreden.
Strip Fest begint om 09:00 uur en eindigt om 03:00 uur. Bekijk het tijdschema voor de specifieke openingstijden per locatie.

DAG
Overdag zijn alle locaties vrij toegankelijk. Je bent van harte welkom om mee te doen aan activiteiten, iets te drinken of te eten en te ontdekken wat elke plek te bieden heeft. Elke locatie heeft een uniek Strip Fest-programma samengesteld, met activiteiten voor zowel kinderen als volwassenen.

NACHT
Nog niet klaar om naar huis te gaan als de zon ondergaat? Veel locaties gaan ’s avonds door met een breed scala aan livemuziek en DJ-sets. Bekijk het volledige avondprogramma hier, en het tijdschema hier.
Voor de avondprogrammering heb je een passe-partout ticket nodig, waarmee je toegang krijgt tot alle deelnemende locaties. Met dit ticket kun je vrij tussen de locaties bewegen. Zorg er wel voor dat je op tijd bij je favoriete plek bent — vol = vol.
TICKETS
Voor het avondprogramma heb je een passe-partout polsbandje (€25,-) nodig om toegang te krijgen tot alle Strip Fest-locaties. Je kunt je passe-partout hier kopen of via de QR-codes bij de ingang van elke locatie.
Passe-partout tickets kosten €25,00. Je ticket wordt gescand bij een van de avondlocaties, waar je direct je polsbandje ontvangt. Tickets kunnen ook worden gescand bij de infobalie (Oedipus Spätkauf) tussen 11:00 en 22:00.

INFORMATIE PUNT: OPEN HUIS HAMERKAMER (Spijkerkade 4c)
Kom langs en leer alles over het Hamerkwartier — nu en in de toekomst.
Bekijk het schaalmodel, stel je vragen aan stadsmedewerkers en het Hamerkwartier-team, en geniet van de activiteiten, optredens, sport en speurtocht!
TOILETTEN / GARDEROBE
Er is geen centrale garderobe, dus vergeet je spullen niet mee te nemen als je naar een andere locatie gaat. Gebruik van toiletten is gratis, net als water — en op sommige plekken ook koffie, thee of limonade.
PROGRAMMABOEKJE
Bij elke locatie en bij ons informatiepunt bij Oedipus Spätkauf kun je programmaboekjes ophalen.
STEMPELS
Achterin elk programmaboekje vind je een illustratie van Mick Johan. Iedere daglocatie heeft een eigen symbool, die we hebben omgezet in stempels. Bezoek alle locaties waar nog een tekening ontbreekt en maak de tekening compleet! Verzamel ze allemaal en krijg €5 korting op een Strip Shirt (verkrijgbaar bij de Spätkauf).
MERCH
We hebben een speciale limited edition Strip Fest merchandise gemaakt, geïllustreerd door Mick Johan. Je kunt de merch bekijken bij het info punt of bij enkele Strip Fest-locaties.
Leuk weetje: met een volledig gestempelde kaart krijg je €5 korting op je T-shirt.
ETEN
Alle restaurants zijn open en je kunt zonder reservering binnenlopen voor een tafel of een kleine snack. Wil je zeker zijn van een plek? Bekijk dan hier alle deelnemende restaurants en gebruik hun eigen websites om te reserveren.
KIDS
Er is voor ieder wat wils! Het dagprogramma is geschikt voor kinderen van alle leeftijden, met genoeg te zien en te ontdekken op elke locatie. Elke locatie organiseert zijn eigen programma. Bekijk het programma hier
MEER VRAGEN EN ANTWOORDEN
IS HET GRATIS?
Het grootste deel van Strip Fest is gratis. Van 09:00 tot 22:00 uur zijn er volop activiteiten en programma’s om van te genieten. Vanaf 18:00 uur is voor sommige programma’s op bepaalde locaties een ticket nodig. Na 22:00 uur is toegang tot de meeste locaties alleen mogelijk met een passe-partout ticket, dat toegang geeft tot alle locaties (vol = vol). Een passe-partout ticket kost €25 en geeft toegang tot alle locaties (mits er nog plek is).
IS HET FESTIVAL TOEGANKELIJK VOOR HET PUBLIEK?
Ja, iedereen is welkom! Voor het passe-partout programma heb je echter wel een ticket nodig.
WAAR KAN IK MIJN PASSE-PARTOUT TICKETS KOPEN EN HOE WERKT HET?
Tickets zijn verkrijgbaar op onze website www.stripfest.nl. Met een passe-partout ticket heb je toegang tot alle deelnemende locaties ’s avonds, maar houd er rekening mee dat de capaciteit beperkt is. Zorg dat je op tijd bent voor de populairste activiteiten.

Je kunt je passe-partout hier kopen of via de QR-codes bij de ingang van elke locatie. Passe-partout tickets kosten €25,-. Je kunt je ticket scannen bij een van de avondlocaties en daar je polsbandje ophalen. Tickets kunnen ook gescand worden bij de infobalie (Oedipus Spätkauf) tussen 11:00 en 22:00.
IS ER EEN LEEFTIJDSGRENS VOOR HET PASSE-PARTOUT PROGRAMMA?
Het passe-partout programma is 18+. Sommige locaties kunnen echter een leeftijdsgrens van 21+ hanteren.
HOE ZIT HET MET TOILETTEN, KLUIZEN EN GARDEROBE?
Elke locatie heeft eigen faciliteiten zoals toiletten en garderobes. Er zijn geen centrale kluisjes, dus neem alleen mee wat je nodig hebt.
Het Hamerkwartier is gemakkelijk bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer (bus en veerboot) en per fiets. Parkeren is beperkt, dus we raden aan om met het OV te komen of te fietsen.
WELKE LOCATIES DOEN MEE MET STRIP FEST?

IS HET FESTIVAL TOEGANKELIJK VOOR MENSEN MET GEZONDHEIDSPROBLEMEN OF BEPERKINGEN?
De meeste locaties zijn toegankelijk voor iedereen.
MAG IK MIJN EIGEN ETEN EN DRINKEN MEEBRENGEN?
Ja, dat mag. Maar consumeer het alsjeblieft niet binnen of op het terras van de locaties en restaurants, omdat dat als onbeleefd wordt gezien.
WAT GEBEURT ER BIJ SLECHT WEER?
Strip Fest gaat door, regen of zonneschijn. Wil je droog blijven? Neem dan een paraplu of regenjas mee, of zoek een binnenlocatie op.
WAT MOET IK DOEN ALS IK IETS VERLIES?
Huil even en stuur daarna een e-mail naar de locatie waar je denkt het verloren te hebben.
ZIJN ER KLUISJES?
Elke locatie regelt zelf of ze kluisjes of garderobe hebben (of niet). Zorg dat je op tijd je spullen ophaalt, want sommige locaties sluiten eerder dan andere.
Als je jas achter gesloten deuren blijft, neemt het niet-bestaande management geen verantwoordelijkheid.

WHY STRIP FEST
For years, the Strip in Amsterdam-Noord has been a hotspot for cultural freedom and creativity. With Strip Fest, we aim to support the creative development of the neighbourhood and connect with long-time residents of the Hamerkwartier.
This one-day festival brings together art, music, food and culture across more than twenty locations — each with its own unique program.
WHO IS STRIP FEST
Strip Fest is organized in collaboration with local businesses in the Hamerkwartier. It is a collective effort by all participating locations — no funding, no big organisation, just neighbours coming together to create a special day for the people of Amsterdam.

PROGRAM
Strip Fest is a full-day celebration, with both daytime and nighttime programming.
All daytime activities are free to visit. In the evening, you’ll need a passe-partout wristband to access the participating locations.
Strip Fest starts at 09:00 o’clock and ends at 03:00 o’clock. Check out the time table for the specific openingtimes per location.

DAY
During the day, all locations are freely accessible. You’re welcome to take part in the activities, enjoy a drink or bite, and explore what each venue has to offer. Each location has curated a unique Strip Fest program filled with activities for both children and adults.

NIGHT
Not ready to go home when the sun sets? Many locations continue into the night with a wide variety of live music and DJ sets. Check out the full night program here, and the timetable here.
To join the evening events, you’ll need a passe-partout ticket, which gives you access to all participating venues. With a ticket, you can move freely between all locations. However, make sure to arrive on time at your favorite spot — full = full.
TICKETS
For the night program you will need a passe partout wristband (€25,-) to enter all Strip Fest locations. You can buy your passe partout here or with the QR codes at the entrance of each location.
Passe Partout tickets are 25,00 euros. You can scan your ticket at any night venue and receive your wristband there. Tickets can also be scanned at the info desk (Oedipus Spätkauf) between 11:00 and 22:00.

TOILETS / CLOAKROOM
There is no central cloakroom, so don’t forget your things when you move on to the next spot. Toilet use is free, as is water — and at some locations also coffee, tea or lemonade.
PROGRAMMA BOOKLET
At each location and our information point at Oedipus Spätkauf, you can pick up program booklets.
STAMPS
At the back of each booklet you find an illustration by Mick Johan. Each daytime location has its own symbol — and we’ve turned those into stamps. Visit all the locations missing a drawing and complete the artwork! Collect them all and get €5 off a Strip Shirt (available at the Spätkauf).
MERCH
We have made a special limited edition Strip Fest merch, illustrated by Mick Johan. You can puruse your merch at the info point or at some of the Strip Fest locations.
Fun fact: With a full stamped card you will get €5 discount on your T-Shirt.
FOOD
All restaurants are open and you can walk in for a table or a small snack. If you want to make sure you have a spot, check out all the participating restaurants here and use their own websites to make a reservation.
KIDS
There’s something for everyone! The daytime program is suitable for kids of all ages, with plenty to see and explore at each location. Each venue organizes its own program. Check out the program here
MORE QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS
IS IT FREE?
Most of Strip Fest is free. From 09:00 o’clock till 22:00 o’clock there are plenty of activities and programming to enjoy. From 18:00 o’clock onwards, some locations require a ticket for certain programs. After 22:00 o’clock, most locations can only be accessed with a passe-partout ticket, which grants entry to all venues (full=full). A passe-partout ticket costs €25 and provides access to all locations (capacity permitting).
IS THE FESTIVAL OPEN TO PUBLIC?
Yes, everyone is welcome! However, you’ll need a ticket for the passe-partout program.
WHERE CAN I BUY MY PASSE-PARTOUT TICKETS AND HOW DOES IT WORK?
Tickets are available on our website www.stripfest.nl. With a passe-partout ticket, you have access to all participating nighttime locations, but keep in mind: capacity is limited. Make sure to arrive early for the most popular activities.

IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT FOR THE PASSE-PARTOUT PROGRAM?
The passe-partout program has an age restriction of 18+. However, individual locations reserve the right to enforce an age restriction of 21+ too.
WHAT ABOUT TOILETS, LOCKERS AND COAT STORAGE?
Each location has its own facilities, such as toilets and coat check areas. There are no central lockers, so only bring what you need.
HOW DO I GET THERE?
The Hamerkwartier is easily accessible by public transport (bus and ferry) and by bike. Parking is limited, so we recommend using public transport or cycling.

IS THE FESTIVAL ACCESIBLE FOR PEOPLE WITH HEALTH CONDITIONS OR IMPAIRMENTS?
Most locations are accessible for all people
CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD AND DRINKS?
Yes, bringing your own food and drinks is allowed. However, please do not consume them inside or on the terras of the venues and restaurants, as this is considered impolite.
WHAT HAPPENS IN CASE OF BAD WEATHER?
Strip Fest will go on, rain or shine. If you want to stay dry, consider bringing an umbrella or raincoat, or head indoors.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I LOSE SOMETHING?
Cry and email the location where you think you lost it.
ARE THERE LOCKERS?
Each location handles its own lockers/jackets facility (or not). Make sure to collect your belongings on time, as some locations close earlier than others.
If your jacket ends up behind locked doors, the non-existent management will not take responsibility.
